The Carnival Committee have the right to withdraw any participants from any of the events if it is considered that their behaviour or actions may cause any person harassment, alarm or distress. The Committee will seek assistance from the police, when necessary, and prosecution for criminal offences will always be considered. The Carnival Committee either individually or collectively will not be responsible for any accident, injury, mishap, loss or damage to persons or property whatsoever, howsoever caused and persons participating in or spectating at any of these events do so at their own risk entirely.
